Prince Ivan and Garon Brett have reunited for the first time since Garon shifted to complete focus on his solo career in January of 2018 and Prince Ivan became a duo. This acoustic cover of Michael McLean’s “Homeless” from The Forgotten Carols was filmed by Karson Media in Branson, Missouri and is now available on all digital music platforms.
Indie Spotlight is a content series by Indepreneur dedicated to highlighting the successes and stories of our Indie community members.
Each month, our staff selects students and clients from our community to interview and gain insight into their journey - the challenges, the setbacks, and the major wins!
This month, we'd like to introduce you to Prince Ivan.
An all new radio show, featuring three of Branson’s best music artists, has officially hit the airwaves and is being broadcast locally from the studios at My100.1. On Friday night, Oct. 15, the Branson-based radio station hosted the debut of its new weekly program, Friday Night Drive with DJ LUX and Prince Ivan.
Prince Ivan has been selected to perform a 35-minute livestream set for RoadNation’s “Livestream Road-Less Series” exclusively on Twitch. The event is produced by RoadNation in collaboration with A2IM (American Association of Independent Music), Women in Music…
Prince Ivan has spent the last two days on ZOOM calls with industry professionals as part of the Springboard Midwest Conference and Festival.
The duo was selected from over 3000 artists to be in the top 40 for this festival and, because of COVID-19, the performance is now going to be live so the public can watch it.
"Complicated" is the first song we've co-written and co-produced but that we didn't sing on. This is part of the new Prince Ivan direction. As a songwriting, production, DJ & performing duo, we've realized that we have the freedom to do our own music and shows like always, but we can also have feature artists, do remixes, do DJ mixes, do covers, write and produce for other artists and do collaborations like this one we did with Jacob Hughes.
What started off as a small idea has now grown! Our homies at Bloom Church approached us about DJing a virtual prom for their Seniors and Juniors since COVID-19 is making it impossible to gather. But then…
We’ve been selected to showcase and participate with 100 other amazing artists at Springboard Memphis Festival in May. We can’t wait to rock Beale Street, network, learn and meet industry professionals. It’s gonna be incredible!
